A: Absolutely! The strategies listed on the site constitute the majority of campaigns we’ve worked on, but we have run many other types of campaigns as well. Typically, we discuss a potential client’s needs and goals first and then create a customized campaign strategy to accomplish those goals.
A: We compile a report using all available data, while focusing on the metrics the client prefers. Typically, we include photos and recap reports (created by Atlas or by the client) written by Lead Bas. Depending on the campaign strategy, we can track additional certain metrics (e.g. number of coupons redeemed at store) as well to get an even more accurate understanding of the campaign’s effectiveness.
A: We will be up-front about our capabilities in the beginning. The last thing we want is to make promises we can’t keep and leave a client short-staffed. If we aren’t sure whether or not we’ll be able to recruit high-quality student staff in time for your event or campaign, we’ll tell you during our first conversation and will keep you updated.
A: We’re straightforward in everything we do. If we do something wrong and it costs you an entire event or campaign at any campus, we aren’t going to charge you for the campus(es). Of course, not every issue or unsuccessful campaign is our fault. Ultimately we promise to be honest and fair in everything we do, especially when it comes to the success of our clients’ campaigns.
A: Simply shoot an email to Lauren at lauren@atlascollegemarketing.com with your resume and a brief description of yourself so we can get to know you. We’ll give you a call and if you are a good fit for our events and campaigns, we’ll add you to our database and reach out about events on your campus!
A: Something is definitely wrong, because we typically send checks out within a few days of the event. Sometimes we’re a little backed up, but it should never take more than 3 weeks for you to get your check. Shoot us an email and we’ll see what happened. It’s not a problem to send a replacement check and since we’re a small company without any red tape, we’ll be able to get to the bottom of the situation immediately.
A: Of course! We have done this many times. We can also do a mix of both – give a portion of each student’s pay to them individually and also send a check for the remaining portion made out to the organization.
